There is an art which is sacred, even though is simple. And which calls to calm, stillness and to peace in the breath. The body is alive but without moving, as immersed and absorbed
in a dimension of plenitude and self space, where the ideas flow with no violence and the consciousness deepens.
An art that contemplates silence in such a depth that the whole human nature is absorbed and the spirit flows as if it was a spring of sweetness.
